The bully Richie Incognito and Charles Clay return to the state of Miami to take on the Dolphins an another AFC East match up for the Bills. Reality hit some Bills fans in the face while other are still jumping off the #BillsMafia bandwagon. If you are a Bills fan, should you be worried? Absolutely not! This is not the same Buffalo Bills where a long losing streak is on the horizon. Rex Ryan is at the helm, and with the defense that the Bills have and with the offensive additions they made during the offseason, the Bills will be 2-1 come Sunday nigh
Through two weeks, Ryan Tannehill is proving some of the haters wrong, throwing for 585 yards with three touchdowns and zero interceptions. Keeping that interceptions number down may be a challenge against this Bills defense. Look for the front four to make up for a lack luster performance against the Patriots where they only recorded one sack. Jarvis Landry is really the only threat Tannehill has at the wide to position, and the Fins running game has been less than impressive. Number one back Lamar Miller has just 67 rushing yards through two games.
Offensively, the Bills line needs to do a better job protecting their quarterback, and Tyrod Taylor has to do a better job getting rid of the ball. The Patriots sacked Taylor eight times in week two. Through two weeks, the Bills have the second best ground game in the league, averaging 153 yards a game. LeSean McCoy rushed the ball 15 times for 89 yards against the Patriots. Sammy Watkins finally had a couple of receptions against the Patriots, bringing in 6 catches in all. Look for Tyrod again to take advantage of all his offensive weapons.
The Bills win 27-17 and Dan Carpenter goes 2-2 on his field goal attempts!
