What Leader Would You Want To Play With?

USA Today – “Two different styles of leadership,” Clarkson said, as transcribed by SLAM Magazine. “LeBron is very encouraging, bringing everybody along. And Kobe, he’s testing you, seeing what you gonna give him – If he’s gonna get at you, scream at you, cuss, do whatever it is. He had his own way of leading guys as well. Two different sides. I’m just blessed to see both of them.”

Current Cleveland Cavalier Jordan Clarkson was posed an with an interesting topic and provided us all with the answer that we knew was coming. We had heard it from former Lakers teammates that Kobe was hard on his teammates. He was mentally trying to break them down to see if they could handle playing with him, being on the court with him in the final two minutes of a tie game. One could compare it to Christian Laettner and how he treated his former college teammate and Buffalo favorite Bobby Hurley.

LBJ only goes in when he needs to. Just ask Kyrie and Kevin Love. Other than that, LeBron is coaching up his teammates, grabbing the clip board and drawing up plays, and telling the rest of the squad where they need to stand on the floor. Mental games? Only for himself. Whether it be shutting down his social media for the playoffs, or accepting all the criticism, LeBron handles things differently.

So that leads me to ask, what leader would you want to play with?

Do not try to box me out because it will not work. Discuss NBA and college hoops. LeBron and Duke fan. Kobe was overrated. Don't @ me.
